HaulHQ

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

HaulHQ is run by Jamison Development LLC in Columbia, South Carolina. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. It's written for two kinds of people: the junk removal companies that use HaulHQ, and their customers, who meet HaulHQ on a booking page, a text, or a job link.

If you run a company on HaulHQ

What we collect: your name, email, cell number, company name and address, your password (stored hashed, never readable), your price list, and everything you put into the app: jobs, customers, photos and videos, notes, texts and calls on your business number, invoices and payments. If you put a card on file, Stripe holds the card; we see only the last four digits and the billing status.

What we do with it: run the product. Show your board, send the texts you or your automations ask for, ring your cell when your business number rings, process payments, and show you your numbers. We text you about your own account (new requests, missed calls, your trial ending). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

If you're a customer of one of those companies

What we collect: the name, phone number, address, photos, messages and preferred day you give a company on its booking page, by text, or by phone; the recording and transcript of a voicemail you leave on its business number; and payment status if you pay by card through its job link. That information belongs to the company you contacted; HaulHQ stores it for them. Card numbers go to Stripe, never to us or to the company.

Texts: you get texts from a company only if you ticked the text-me box or gave them your number for the job. Reply STOP to any message to stop, and HELP for help. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider (Twilio) used to deliver the messages.

To see, fix or delete your information, contact the company you worked with; they can do it in HaulHQ. If you can't reach them, contact us and we'll help.

Artificial intelligence

When a company asks for a price estimate, pastes a conversation, or shares a screenshot, the photos and text involved are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the estimate or fill in the job, then come back. Under our agreement the provider processes it only to return that result and doesn't use it to train models. Companies can skip these features entirely by not using them.

Who else touches the data

Only the services that make HaulHQ work, each under its own privacy terms: Twilio (texts, calls, voicemail transcripts), Stripe (cards and payouts), Anthropic (AI features), Resend (email, where turned on), and our hosting and database providers (Railway, Neon, Cloudflare). Photos and videos are stored on servers we control. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. If HaulHQ is ever sold, the data goes with it under these same promises.

How long we keep it

As long as the company's account is open, plus 90 days after a plan ends so they can come back or export. After that we may delete it. Companies can export everything from the Money page at any time and can ask us to delete their account sooner. Call recordings and voicemail transcripts follow the same schedule.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The app may store a few preferences on your own device, like a dismissed tip.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, every record is tied to the company that owns it and served only to that company's signed-in members, and the shared links we do create (a job link, a shared photo) use long random tokens. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you promptly.

Children

HaulHQ is for businesses and their adult customers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (California and others) have these rights by statute; we honor them for everyone. We don't discriminate against anyone for asking.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell account owners by email or text before it takes effect and update the date at the top.
