Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
HaulHQ is made and run by Jamison Development LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“HaulHQ”, “we”). These terms are the agreement between HaulHQ and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account, ticking the box at signup, or using HaulHQ, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you're signing up for a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.
What HaulHQ is
Software for running a junk removal or hauling business: a business phone number, bookings, scheduling, customer records, photos and video, texting, invoices, card payments and reporting. It's a tool for your business, not a service to the public. You must be at least 18 and using it for a business.
Free trial, billing and cancelling
Trial. Every new company gets 14 days free. To start the trial you put a card on file through Stripe. Nothing is charged during the trial. One trial per company.
Automatic charge. When the trial ends, your card is charged the monthly price shown at signup ($49 a month unless you were given a different locked price), and then on the same day each month, automatically, until you cancel. We tell you the exact charge date on your Billing page and by text a few days before the first charge.
Cancel anytime. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing, in about three taps, at any time. Cancel before the first charge and you pay nothing. Cancel later and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial months. If you believe we charged you in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it.
Price changes. If we raise the regular price we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A founder price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active without a break.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, Stripe retries. If it keeps failing, your account is paused until the card is updated. Your data stays.
Taxes. Prices don't include sales tax; where we have to collect it, it's added.
Your account and your data
You're responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords private, and for everything done under your account. The customers, jobs, photos, videos and messages you put into HaulHQ are yours. You can export them any time from the Money page. If your plan ends, we keep your data for 90 days so you can come back or export it, and may delete it after that. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner. We don't sell your data and we don't use your customers' information for anything but running your account.
Texting and calling
When texts go out through HaulHQ, whether you tap send or an automation sends them, you are the sender. You agree to text only people who asked to hear from you (your own customers and leads who gave a number for that purpose), to honor every opt-out, and to follow the laws and carrier rules that apply to business texting in the US, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines. Don't use HaulHQ to send marketing texts to numbers you found online or bought. We can pause texting on any account that draws complaints or carrier filtering, and we can end an account that keeps doing it. Calls and voicemails on your business number may be recorded and transcribed; where your state requires it, tell callers.
SMS terms for customers
When you request a pickup from a company that uses HaulHQ and tick the text-me box, you agree to receive text messages from that company about your request: your price, your booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, a heads-up when the crew is on the way, a payment link, and a request for a review. Message frequency varies by job, usually two to six messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact the company directly at the phone number on their booking page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
AI estimates and other suggestions
HaulHQ can suggest a price from photos, read a screenshot or a pasted conversation into a job, and draft texts. These are suggestions made by software. They can be wrong. You check them before they reach a customer, and the price you quote is yours.
Payments from your customers
Card payments from your customers run through Stripe under Stripe's own terms, into a Stripe account in your name. HaulHQ keeps the platform fee shown in your settings. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks on those payments are between you, your customer and Stripe. Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and cash are handled entirely outside HaulHQ; we only record what you tell us.
Things you can't do
Use HaulHQ for anything illegal, spam anyone, upload content you don't have the right to, try to get into other companies' accounts, copy or resell the service, or overload it on purpose. The shared demo account is for looking around; don't rely on anything in it.
Partners
People who refer haulers to HaulHQ for a share of what those haulers pay are bound by the partner terms as well as these.
Other people's services
HaulHQ is built on services we don't control: Twilio for texting and calls, Stripe for payments, our AI provider for estimates, and cloud hosting. If one of them goes down, parts of HaulHQ go down with it. Their terms apply to their part.
No guarantees, and what we owe you
HaulHQ is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be available at every moment, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. Prices you quote, work you do, texts you send, calls you take and money you collect are your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, HaulHQ's total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages. Some states don't allow some of these limits; where that's the case, they apply as far as they can.
Covering us
If someone brings a claim against HaulHQ because of how you used the service (a customer you texted without permission, a job that went wrong, content you uploaded), you'll cover our costs and any damages.
Ending things
You can cancel any time as described above. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers at risk, or doesn't pay; we'll tell you why. Sections about your data, what we owe you, and covering us survive.
Law and disputes
South Carolina law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Richland County, South Carolina, and both of us agree to that. Before suing, each side agrees to email the other and spend 30 days trying to work it out.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell the account owner by email or text at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Keeping your account open after that means you accept the new terms.
